Mohammad Sweidan built his real estate practice on a simple premise: the Dubai market has enough salespeople and not enough advisors.
A Computer Engineering honors graduate of Purdue University, Mohammad spent years inside TikTok's Dubai operations before moving fully into real estate, bringing an operator's precision and a technologist's skepticism of hype to a market known for both.
Today, he advises a select group of individuals, families, and family offices on acquisitions across Dubai's most sought-after addresses.
